internet question (again)
I already posted about the best broadband options in Nashville, and I got an overwhelming “Comcast” response. The problem is that i’ve had my cable modem installed since August 18, and I’ve been on the phone with technical support twice a day since, and they can’t get it working. So not only have I been without internet at home, I’ve been wasting hours of my day trying to get it. They keep telling me they are sending it to a higher level of tech support, and nothing happens.
Anyway. Does anyone have any other suggestions? How is bell south’s dsl?
