keeping in touch
I’ve been trying to make more of an effort to keep in touch with folks lately. I don’t know why all of a sudden I have the motivation to do so. I’ve been imming some, returning emails, even talking on the phone at times. I have semi-regular phone dates with Lady E, which I think is good for both of us. I also got to chat for a few minutes with The Trainer this past Friday. There are so many things going on in her life these days that I wish I could help out with. And I’m missing seeing the baby grow up, which is sad. I guess I’m going to have to figure out a system to actively stay in touch with people. I’ve historically been so bad at it, but I don’t really want to be. The blogging certainly helps. Maybe I will try to get better at remembering birthdays and sending cards during the holidays.
Ok, that is my resolution for this year. It’s a few months late, but that is what I will do. Send holiday cards. So you’ll have to help me out, people. Email me your address or something. Maybe The Little Red-Haired Girl and I will do one of those cheesy family photos. You want one, don’t you?
