the world is your acorn

In response to my showing him Baron Bob’s Boob Bonanza, Mischief Man sent me a link to this site for The Perky Breast Bra. They are bras made of silicone that look like breasts: “the bra is actually a breast form, and the breast form is a bra.” Further examination of the site reveals that they sell a lot of products for post mastectomy use, which makes good sense. But then, on further further examination, I found these “gluteal explants”, which must be purely a vanity item without the psychological benefit that the post mastectomy items might have, if you ask me. Then again, I can imagine buttahp or Lady E giving me a lecture about trunks and having junk in them, so maybe I’ll back down on that.

I think the most compelling item on the page, however, is the Flesh Cushion, or “extra flesh for sitting” (pictured here). It’s a square of flesh-like material that you use as a seat cushion. It’s like having breast implants for your chair. I can’t decide if it’s a great idea or just plain creepy.

I seem to have gotten sick overnight. My throat is sore and swollen, and my head feels blurry and achy. Boo. Luckily I got the crucial work for the week done. Unluckily there are guys putting siding on the house directly under my office window. No work for me there this morning. Every time that hammer (or whatever) hits that aluminum (or whatever) I feel a jolt of nausea. Sweet, right?

Anyway, I think I will try to stop complaining for the rest of the day. It makes The Little Red-Haired Girl irritable.
