Making The Little Red Haired Girl’s chicken stir fry lunch this morning a little piece of chicken escaped from the pan. As the saying goes, it jumped out of the pan and right into the fire. Well, the big red circle of electric hotness, anyway. It sat there under the pan for a while before I figured out it had happened. And of course I had to let the chicken residue continue to cook, since it was too hot to wipe. Now the whole house stinks like burnt chicken. Argh.
