chaos on charlotte
About an hour ago I was driving west on Charlotte, and every light between 37th and K&S (which was my destination) was not working. The weird thing was that there was not a single cop in sight, even at White Bridge. I’m shocked there wasn’t some sort of ridiculous accident or road rage incident.
