I just discovered that popcap’s downloadable games are all 50% off until 12/23. That means that I am about to buy Plants vs Zombies and waste away the rest of my life. Why does this happen to me?

As of about 10 minutes ago, there were something like 20 Nintendo Wiis left at the new Best Buy over in West Nashville on Charlotte. They started the day with 100, and there are still about 20 left, so you have a good chance of scoring if you jump on it soon.

another time-waster
I have no idea what is going on in this game, but I think the general idea is to slam into the guy as hard as possible so that he will bounce. I’d be glad to find out what is going on with the various people who “boost” or “angle up” or whatever, so if you read Japanese please feel free to share. You know who you are.
looking for an xbox 360?
Gizmodo points us to the Xbox 360 locator, so those desperate to find one for the holidays can check to see if any Best Buy stores in the area have any in stock. Looks like the next shipment is coming on December 18th. Time to get in line!
